emacs: replace hydras with built-in equivalents
hydra-tab-bar shadowed C-x t, which is already tab-prefix-map: 2 new,
0 close, r rename, m move, d dired, f find-file, RET switch. hydra-zoom
is text-scale-adjust, which repeats on its own. hydra-go bound gofmt,
already run by gofmt-before-save, and go-coverage; dropping it also
stops shadowing consult-man on C-c m. Removes the hydra dependency.
